The Manager has a professional team with experience in fund and asset management in Singapore and regional logistics property markets. The executive officers of the Manager have demonstrated the ability to source for and complete acquisitions of real estate assets used for logistics purposes, having been actively involved in the acquisitions of most of the properties in the portfolio from third party vendors since MapletreeLog's public listing in July 2005. The team has also demonstrated their ability to optimise yield from the existing portfolio even during the crisis year of 2009, as seen by the resilience of MapletreeLog's portfolio and the high overall portfolio occupancy (of 97%-99%) througout the year.
