Free Trade Zone (“FTZ”) Third Party Logistics
These properties are located within Free Trade Zones. The logistics service providers leverage on the advantages of the FTZ. These properties house customers which provide third party logistics services such as management of their customers' inbound and outbound frieght, customs clearance, warehousing, order fulfillment and distribution.

Currently, MapletreeLog has one property in this category. Pulau Sebarok is a 46.8 ha island situated approximately 9 kilometres south of the Singapore mainland. This property features large oil storage tanks as well as ancillary buildings, and houses customers which undertake a range of oil and chemical related logistics services for the oil and chemical industry.
