Mr Paul Ma Kah Woh is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Manager. He is also a Board member of the Sponsor where he is concurrently a member of the Audit & Risk Committee as well as the Executive Resource and Remuneration Committee.
He was a Senior Partner of KPMG Singapore until his retirement in September 2003. Mr Ma was in charge of the firm’s Audit & Risk Advisory Practice and Risk Management function for many years until his retirement.
Mr Ma sits on the Board of Directors of 2 listed companies, Hwa Hong Corporation Ltd and SMRT Corporation Ltd, where he also chairs their Audit Committee. He also sits on the Boards of SMRT Buses Ltd, SMRT Road Holdings Ltd, SMRT Trains, and Tenet Insurance Company Limited as well as on the Boards of two private equity firms, CapitaLand China Development Fund Pte Ltd and CapitaLand China Development Fund II Limited. In addition, he is a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the National University of Singapore, where he also chairs its Audit Committee.
Mr Ma is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.
