Ms. Chen Tze Hui is the joint head of the New Markets team, which focuses on sourcing and evaluating suitable assets and opportunities in markets in which MapletreeLog does not have a presence. Prior to this, she was head of the Asset Management team, which focuses on optimising the performance of MapletreeLog’s portfolio by maximising the income potential of the portfolio and minimising its expense base without compromising the marketability of the properties. She also oversaw corporate marketing for the leasing of projects under development.
Ms. Chen has extensive real estate experience in business development, investment (acquisitions and divestments), design development, asset management, marketing and lease management. She has worked with several large developers and consultancy firms including Knight Frank, Arcasia (predecessor of Ascendas) and Keppel Land.
Ms. Chen holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (gold medallist) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She has an advanced diploma in Business Administration and is also a Licensed Appraiser of lands and buildings.
