Mr Andy Tsang joined the Manager in August 2005 and set up the Hong Kong office in the same year. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new acquisition opportunities for the Trust as well as managing the existing assets in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Tsang was the Sales and Marketing Manager with ATL Logistics Centre Hong Kong Ltd., which owns and operates the largest single logistics centre in the world. Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Manager with JTC International (now known as Ascendas Pte Ltd). He was responsible for the sales and marketing activities of industrial parks developed by JTC International in China, the Philippines, Thailand and India. Mr Tsang began his career with the industrial investment team of Richard Ellis Hong Kong (now known as CB Richard Ellis) before becoming a manager with the industrial department of Colliers Jardine Hong Kong (now known as Colliers International).
Mr Tsang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management from Hong Kong Poly University and a Master of Management degree in Logistics and Operations Management from Macquarie University, Australia.
