Ms Sherin Low is the Acting General Manager of Malaysia & Head designate of Singapore Assets team. Prior to this, she oversaw corporate marketing for the leasing of projects under development.
Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Low was involved in Business Development in Ascendas Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd. In that role, she was responsible for assessing and evaluating potential acquisitions of properties, structuring and negotiating build-to-suit (BTS) deals and requests-for-proposal (RFP) and had successfully concluded two of such deals. She was also involved in asset management for the Singapore portfolio.
Ms Low has other real estate development experience including contract management and quantity surveying in Jurong Town Corporation and Singapore Technologies Construction.
Ms Low obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (Building) with Honours from the National University of Singapore as well as a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Marketing Institute of Singapore.
