Comprising architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and other construction industry experts, our development team possesses the skill sets to execute projects which range from greenfield developments, to asset enhancement initiatives, to large-scale precinct level redevelopment programmes.

With over S$46.3 billion of owned and managed assets, and a large network of operations globally, we have extensive knowledge and operational capabilities in estate/facilities management. Our operations team – made up of property management personnel such as technicians, maintenance staff, front-line customer service officers, etc. – play a key role in helping to ensure that our properties are well-managed and running at high efficiencies. Mapletree’s leasing personnel also monitor market trends to meet the evolving needs of our growing customer base.
